Hyun felt her cheeks burn when she realized that boy’s smile was directed to her. She looked down on her book while feeling her cheeks with the back of her hand. “It’s hot” she mumbled

“Hmmnn?” Hyo leaned slightly towards her as she asked

“Aniyo. I was just talking to myself unnie.” She replied without looking up

“Yah, that Jungshin is really interesting.” Hyo said her eyes glued on him.

It’s her turn to lean closer “Hmmnn?” she asked while turning a page “Who’s interesting?”

“Your classmate Jungshin, I think he’s a fun person to be with.”

“Oh, he’s really goofy; he has a unique way of thinking.” Seohyun said while fighting the urge to follow her unnie’s gaze

“Jungshin, come with me.” Yonghwa whispered to their maknae

“Where hyung?” he answered with a protest look on his face

“Just come with me, no questions asked” Yonghwa interrupted. He stood up and dragged Jungshin

“Ahmn, excuse me Hyoyeon-ssi? Right?” Yonghwa said with an uncertain voice

“Yes?” Hyo looked up from her lunchbox and gave both guys a bright smile “Omo! Yonghwa-ssi, I never thought you know my name. Well, we’re classmates but you are always busy with your own stuff. So…. Oh well!!” she stopped as soon as she realized she’s ranting and smiled shyly

“Although I’m not mingling with you guys in class, I know all of you.” He smiled “I’m just pre occupied with juggling my time from song writing, band practice right after school and studying.” He added and glanced at the still reading Seohyun

“Oh, so you really do know us all.” She slightly chuckled “What is it that you want then?” she asked curious

“I was wondering if I can borrow your notes on history, I haven’t finished copying earlier.” He said his right hand on his nape

“Sure!” she took her notebook from her bag and handed it to him

Yonghwa reluctantly stretched out his arm to receive the notebook, his eyes flew from Hyoyeon to the beautiful girl beside her and back. He was hoping Hyo would understand the meaning of his glances but to his dismay she hadn’t

“Kamsahamnida, I’ll return it later this afternoon.” He turned his back reluctantly after Hyo’s nod and took a few steps forward, he stopped his track suddenly that made Jungshin bumped on his back

“Hyung!” Jungshin said in shock when he felt Yonghwa dragging him back to where Hyoyeon was

“I’m sorry, but I forgot to introduce my friend, Jungshin.” He said the moment he caught Hyo’s attention “He’s our new bassist and maknae.” He continued as he glanced on Hyo side

“Anyeonghaseyo! Lee Jungshin imnida!” Jungshin bowed slightly to Hyo

“Anyeonghaseyo! Ahn Hyoyeon imnida.” She responded and bowed slightly, she nudged the girl who is still busy with her book “This is Seo Joo Hyun”

“Anyeonghaseyo, Seo Joo Hyun imnida” she said with her calm and angelic voice matching her smile

“Anyeonghaseyo! Jung Yonghwa imnida!” he said enthusiastically “Nice to meet you Seo Joo Hyun-ssi”

“De, nice to meet you too!” she smiled shyly while fumbling her book.

“Can….?” Yonghwa started

“Okay, we’ll have to go. Enjoy your lunch!” it was Jungshin’s turn to grab his arm and drag him to their table

“Yah!” he whispered angrily to Their maknae as soon as they arrived. “I was about to ask her number!” he exclaimed

“Hyung, you should be thanking me! I just saved your butt there.” Jungshin responded “If you like her, use a different approach because she is different from other gals. You might scare her off.” He advised

While Minhyuk and Jonghyun snicker in amusement of what they had witnessed earlier, Yonghwa was in deep thought of what Jungshin had said.
